So it begins...

well...I tried and tried to withstand the urges to start my own blog, but I have given in to the pressure. (for those of you who are not familiar with blogging, it is a great way for me to keep in touch with close friends and family.) I was hoping to start this back in July because I knew I would have a lot of "blog-worthy" things for the month of August. obviously, tht didn't happen. my new plan is to catch you up with what happened in August & then go from there. I hope you enjoy it!
