Way to go Matt!!

Last May my brother, Matt, graduated from college with a teaching degree; however, he never had a graduation party because it was too close to his wedding. My parents decided to throw him a party yesterday to celebrate! We had quite the crowd. Leah's family came over (which was awesome) as well as our grandparents from Wichita Falls. We had a great time with everyone! Congratulations, Matt! We are so proud of you!

Mother's Day

I had such a great Mother's Day yesterday! The girls (with a little help from their daddy & me) bought me flowers to plant in the front yard. The weather was so nice on Friday that we decided to go ahead & plant them. The girls had such a fun time "helping" me plant them! On Sunday we went to Calico County for breakfast then just rested around the house until we went over to my parents house that night. Here are a few pictures from yesterday. Enjoy!

Happy (late) Birthday To You!

So my sisters birthday was on Saturday and I am just now getting around to blogging about it. We had quite the busy weekend. We started off on Sat. morning with having a garage sale that started at 6:30 am; however, there were people at my house at 5:45 am. I don't care who you are, there is nothing worth getting up for that early! Anyways, by the time it was over I was too tired to even think let alone blog. Lucky for me, Sarah is very understanding! I hope that you had a great day, Sarah!!! I love you!

Mother's Day Party at Preschool

Yesterday the girls had a Mother's Day Party at preschool. I won't lie, I had been looking forward to this day for the past week. Everything they were doing was supposed to be a big surprise! When I got to the party, there were place settings for each mom & child. Lucky for me I had double of everything!! The girls made beautiful placemats, cup holders & other decorations as tablescapes. Once all the mom's were ready, the 4 preschool classes came in and sang a song they had been practicing for the past 3 weeks. It was soooo sweet! Just imagine about 40 or so
3 - 4 year olds singing a song about their mom; so angelic! After the singing was over the girls came over & sat with me & we listened to one of the preschool teachers read a book about moms. We got to eat pound cake with strawberries & whip cream & drink lemonade. It is definately one of the sweetest memories I will ever have of me & my sweet babies! Here are a couple of pictures from the party. Enjoy!
I had 2 of these!

The Last Day of Gymnastics

This past Tuesday was the girls' last day of gymnastics. They are going to miss it soooo much (as will I)! We haven't quite decided if we will do it again in the fall, but what a great experience they had! They learned so much while they were in there & their coach was AMAZING! Here are a few pictures from the party they got to have on Tuesday! Enjoy!
