My Mom went to Dallas in July to have her stem cells removed & cleaned for a stem cell transplant. Since she was down there I thought it would be fun to go down there & spend a little time with them (& some serious alone time for me). At the end of the week, Johnathan & the girls decided to drive down to Plano to have a little family vacation. My brother, his wife & my niece also came down. We stayed at Johnathan's aunt & uncle's house in Plano (which was sooooo gracious) & had some good ol' fun. Enjoy our summer vacation pictures!

Our Lost Teeth!

Who would have thought that both girls would loose their first tooth on the same day?! Crazy right? I have decided not to be surprised by stuff like that anymore because it happens all too often. You might notice something othere than fingers or string trying to help yank that tooth out. Yep..... daddy thought plyers would work just as well as anything else to get those teeth out. To my dismay.... he did it! He didn't even disinfect it!!! Take a look at how it plays out!

The month of May was the ending of an era...... No more pre-school for these sweet girls!! I celebrated my 4th Mother's Day at a sweet little brunch the girls had at pre-school. It was the sweetest thing ever! It is times like this I just sit back & praise the Lord for such sweet girls! We went to my niece's pre-school graduation which was soooooo great! Where does the time go? We also went to Plano to visit some of Johnathan's family!! We always have such a wonderful time with them!!! Here are a few pictures from May! Enjoy!

We were so greatful that we were able to spend Mother's Day with my Mom. She had been diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer in January, so to spend it with her was priceless. The girls made this plate with their handprints for her for Mother's Day. She LOVED it! I'm not sure how much longer we are going to be able to fit all these little hands on a plate!

This was crazy day at school. The person who looked the "craziest" got a prize at school. Needless to say.... these two girls won!!

So...... It has been over 6 months since the last time I blogged. I could make a lot of excuses as to why I haven't, but the truth is that I have just been overwhelmed with life. That being said, I am going to update my blog going all the way back to April 15, 2010. The next few blogs will be bits & pieces of the past 6 months. I really am going to try & stay updated, not only for family, but for myself to look back on. Now..... on to April, 2010!!!

On April 15, 2010 my brother & his wife welcomed a sweet baby girl into their lives. It is only fitting that Leah had Carter Paige Jackson on the 15th as my dad is a CPA & the 15th is obviously an important day for them! She was born 1 week late & was PERFECT!! Here are a few of the pictures we captured on that early Thursday morning. Enjoy!

Our First Slumber Party!

A few weeks ago the girls asked if Mia & Eisley could come over & spend the night. So.... without any hesitation we said why not! They had the time of their lives! They felt like such big girls. I honestly can't remember when my last "slumber party" was, but I do remember not really being a big fan of sleepovers. These girls reminded me why I usually passed on the sleepovers. The 3 big girls stayed up talking until 12 am talking & laughing about who know what (they are almost 5, what could they possibly have to talk about) while Eisley finally fell asleep around 11:30 pm. We are looking forward to many more slumber parties with these sweet cousins!

We had the most wonderful Easter this year! I'm not sure what made it so much different than past years, but it was! Maybe the fact that it was the first holiday in our new house or because we have really seen the "Resurrection" power of the Lord! We celebrated Easter with my family at my Mom & Dad's house (which we do every year) with my sister & her family, my brother & his wife (who is 39 weeks pregnant with their first baby girl), & our friend Kim. We weren't sure what this Easter was going to look like since my mom was in the middle of her 4th cycle of chemo & Leah was ready to pop at any minute, but God was so good to allow us to have a fantastic day. We are so honored to have family to celebrate the Resurrection with. God is sooooo good!

We finally sold our house at the end of January! YEA!!! To me, the worst part of moving is the packing! Granted, we only had 852 feet to pack, but it was still a pain. Since I am a Type A personality, I had decided to start packing the minute we had a contract on the house which meant we had boxes everywhere for about the next 3 weeks. What a mess! While I packed, the girls decided to go help Johnathan clean out the garage which happened for about 15 minutes. While he cleaned the garage, he found some "lost" toys for the girls to play with which meant no more little helpers!

Christmas in the Falls!

A week before Christmas we got together with my side of the family to celebrate Christmas. Like always, my parents went over & above what they should have (apparently they REALLY love their grandkids!). We went out to dinner at Johnny Carino's, YUMMY, then back to their house to open gifts. The girls absolutly ate it up!! This is such a fun age. The looks on their faces when they would open each gift was priceless!! Thank you Nana & Grandad (Mom & Dad) for such a wonderful Christmas! We are beyond blessed to have such generous & loving parents!

This is one of my favorite parts of the year! This year was a little bit sweeter because the girls were able to help decorate the Christmas tree. I loved watching their eyes light up when we turned on the lights to string around the tree & how they were so anxious to help put on every ornament we owned! The girls had a Thanksgiving program at school the week before Thanksgiving & they were sooooo cute! All of the classes (3 year olds & 4 year olds) put on the sweetest little program. The 4 year old classes dressed up as Pilgrams & the 3 year olds dressed up as Indians. I loved every bit of it!! They sang 3 of the cutest songs that just melted my heart. The girls had a Nursery Rhyme Party at their Pre-school in the middle of October. Each student in the class had to memorize a nursery rhyme (while dressed up as the character in their nursery rhyhme) & say it in front of the whole class & parents. Last week my mom & I took the the girls to their very first dentist appointment & they did great! It was perfect timing because the week before the girls went on a field trip with school to the dentist, so they kind of knew what to expect. They were such big girls! The dentist was so happy with how the girls teeth looked. He said that we were going to be even more happy in a few years when their adult teeth start coming in because they have a ton of room between each tooth. YEA!!! Enjoy the pictures!

Our Little Pumpkins

I took the girls to a pumpkin patch last week to pick out pumpkins for our front porch. They did such a great job & I had soooo much fun! The best part was watching how sweet the girls were to help each other pick out & carry their pumpkins. I love being a mom! Now, everytime we go past a pumpkin patch they get super excited because they think we are going to pick out pumpkins! Enjoy our sweet pumpkins!

My Man: The Hunter & Fisherman

My cousin LOVES hunting deer & it just so happened to be bow hunting season while we were there. He asked Johnathan if he wanted to go deer hunting with him sometime while we were there. Johnathan had never hunted before but thought it might be fun to at least go out & sit with him. Before they left Johnathan had to change from his navy blue shirt & tan hat into something a little more "hunting appropriate", which meant he got to borrow a shirt from my uncle (which was a little too big) and a hat from Brian (which was also a bit too big). Needless to say, I couldn't stop laughing when I saw his new outfit. Nice! I think he loved the experience & the peace that only comes when you are in the middle of nature, but I'm not so sure he would take it up as a hobby. Here are a few pictures from that day. Enjoy!

Johnathan & Brian also went fishing one day. In the pictures below they are walking through a type of ivy called "Kutzu". I think it totally disgusting! It grows everywhere & on everything. I was told it can grow up to one foot a day. No Thanks! Unfortunatly, they didn't catch anything. Oh well, they had a great time anyways!

North Carolina: Part 2

One of the best parts about going to North Carolina is my Aunt's homemade popcorn & my Uncle's campfire. Here are a few pictures from one of those nights as well as some pictures from my cousin Chrissy's rehearsal & dinner. I wish we could have stayed for the actual wedding but we had to get back on the road for our 20 hour drive home. Enjoy!

An Impromptu Trip!

I feel like I have to preface this blog with a little known fact about Johnathan & me. If you know us very well, you know that we are planners. The idea of going on a trip for us requires at least 2 days notice (at the very minimum) no matter how far away it is. That being said, you might enjoy reading about our little "impromptu trip".

We had talked about wanting to go out to North Carolina to see my Aunt & Uncle this summer for a week or so but decided against it because Johnathan didn't have a job. That being said, Johnathan was offered a job on Friday, September 11th that would start on Monday, September 21st. Since he wasn't going to start for almost a week and a half, we decided on that Saturday night at 10 pm to load everything up the next morning & drive 20 hours to North Carolina. Crazy? YEP!!! Worth it? Every bit of it!!! We decided to keep it a secret from my Aunt & Uncle as well as my grandparents, who were up there for my cousin's wedding. We called my cousin Brian to ask if we could stay with him & his wife & to make sure they were in for the whole surprise. We left home at 1 pm on Sunday afternoon & made it to Memphis, TN at midnight. The next day we left Memphis at 10 am & made it to my Aunt & Uncle's house around 9 pm. We decided that we were going to just walk in the back door & act like we owned the place. Needless to say, everyone (besides Brian & Brittney) was completely shocked!!! Here are just a few pictures from the first few days of our stay. We hope everyone enjoys them!

The Rodeo!

On Labor Day, we decided to go to a local rodeo at Boys Ranch with my Dad. This is the first time the girls have been to an outside rodeo & they LOVED it! I am pretty sure we will make this an annual thing! Here are a few pictures from that day! Enjoy!

I can't believe how fast this summer has goneby! Our girls started 4 year old Pre-School yesterday (which they absolutly love) as well as a dance class. It hit me yesterday that this will be the first & last time I will be taking our children to pre-school. It makes me so sad how fast they are growing up! Don't worry, I held back the tears! Here are a few pictures of the girls on their birthday Thursday. We woke up early & had the traditional "birthday donuts" which the girls LOVED!! The girls decided to give each other their gifts before we took Johnathan to the airport for what was supposed to be a quick trip to Dallas. We ran back home for a few minutes before we got a phone call from Johnathan asking us to come pick him up from the airport because his trip had been cancelled due to a delayed flight. Since daddy was going to be home with us, we decided to take the girls to Mr. Gattis for lunch then back home to give them their birthday gifts: big girl bikes! For dinner, we decided to go to Chick-Fil-A in the mall & meet my grandparents, mom, & Leah. What a wonderful day!! Enjoy the pictures!

I can not believe how quickly 4 years has gone by! It seems like it was only yesterday that our sweet girls were babies! I must say, that we have had the time of our lives with them this past year! A Week in the Falls!

Every summer since I can remember, my sister (& brother) would go to Wichita Falls for a week or so to stay with my grandparents. The greatest thing about it was that one set of our grandparents had a pool. I can remember getting up in the morning & swimming until it was dark. We have sooooo many great memories!! So, Sarah & I decided that it would be fun to take the girls down there in the summer time so that the girls could experience a little of what we did growing up. Here are a few pictures from our trip to "The Falls" last week. The girls absolutely loved everything about swimming! Last weekend we had the opportunity to go on what our church is calling a Vision Retreat. Basically, it is a retreat for married couples to get away & focus on what their vision is for their marriage, family, & ministry. We left that weekend feeling rested & like we have more of a vision for what & who we want to be. We went not knowing the other 3 couples all that well, and came back with lifelong friends! I will say that I haven't laughed as hard as I did in a really long time; I now know why "laughter is good for the soul!" We love you guys & can't wait to hang out with you again! While we were in Plano, we were able to get together with some friends we went to school with. I grew up with Brennon & we all graduated high school together! A Page is Turned

So.....we have had quite the busy summer! The reason I haven't posted anything in the last month or so is because I haven't been sure where to start. I guess the best place to start is at the beginning! Here we go...
After our trip to Colorado Springs in June with my family we came home to a broken air conditioner. I don't think there is anything worse than that, especially in the middle of summer!! We ended up staying at my mom & dad's house for the night b/c we couldn't get anyone over to our house to fix the air conditioner until the next morning. The next day Johnathan got up & went on into work & told me that we would have someone over to the house sometime that morning to fix the air conditioner. It was around 10:30 am on Tuesday morning & I hadn't heard anything from Johnathan, so I decided to call him. He didn't answer his phone, so I just left a message. He called me back around 10:50 am and left me a message to let me know that he had been laid off from his job. Not exactly the message I was expecting to hear! However, after a few hours of me getting over the shock, we decided that this was not going to define us & that we were going to take full advantage of the time we were going to have together. We decided to go to Wichita Falls for a couple of days right after he was laid off, then off to Plano for 2 1/2 weeks. What an experience it has been!! We have really been able to see just how Faithful our God is & that he truly is our Provider. We have decided that this season in our life is truly His perfect timing & we are enjoying every single minute of it! Here are a few pictures from our trip to Wichita Falls at the end of June. Colorado Springs Vacation: Day 4 & 5

Sunday was Father's Day so we decided to take Johnathan fishing. Even though we didn't catch any fish we still had a great time. After we finished fishing we went to Chili's for dinner, which was soooo yummy! We ended the night sitting on the back porch just spending some great time with my mom, dad, & sister under the beautiful Colorado sky. Thank you Dad & Mom for such a wonderful vacation! We had such a great time! We are looking forward to doing it again next year!

I know I'm about 2 weeks past Father's Day, but we have been a little busy! We were in Colorado Springs this year for Father's Day so we decided to take Johnathan fishing. We decided to go up to Manitou Lake so the girls would have a better chance of catching something. Little did we know that it wasn't only Father's Day but it was also the first day of summer. You can only imagine how busy that lake was. Unfortunatelly, we didn't catch anything. I think the girls had more fun playing with the dirt around us than trying to catch fish. Oh well....we'll try it again another time!

Thank you for loving our girls as much as you do, Johanthan; you are their world! I love watching the way you love them; it makes my heart melt!

Colorado Springs Vacation: Day 1

A couple of weeks ago we went on our first family vacation with my family (the Jackson's) in about 15 years. My parents decided to take us all to Colorado Springs for 5 days. Last Tuesday my Great Aunt Billie came to town from Tennessee. I'm not sure how long it had been since the last time I had seen her, but I do know it was too long! She came to Texas with 2 of her grandchildren because she was going to her High School class reunion in Stephenville, Texas. Since they were so close (they were actually staying with my grandparents in Wichita Falls) they decided to come up for the night. It was so great to see them & spend some time with them. It seems like it was only a couple of weeks ago that I was blogging about our trip we had taken to Vegas with my brother & his wife. Well, lucky for us we made another trip at the end of May (for those of you who are counting, this was trip #11 to Vegas). Johnathan's cousin, Leah, was getting married up there & we weren't even about to miss it!!! Johnathan & I went out 2 days before everyone else so we could have some alone time. It was wonderful! Except for the part where we checked into our room, turned on the air conditioner which made the room smell like smoke. So.... after having unpacked all of our stuff we called down to the front desk & they had decided to move us to another room. We packed up all our stuff, got our new room key & made it to our room. I was a little bit nervous to unpack, but decided we couldn't live out of our suitcases! The next morning at 6:00 AM we were woken up by someone hammering. Seriously!!! Who starts construction at 6:00 AM!! So we call down to the front desk for a second time in 12 hrs. to let them know what was going on. They had no idea what was going on but went ahead & told us that they would move us to another new room. This time, however, it was a suite. It wasn't going to be ready until 3:00 pm so we decided to go downstairs & eat at their breakfast buffet (which was wonderful) then go ahead & lay out by the pool. It was perfect! On Saturday Johnathan's dad, sister, & her husband showed up. It was so much fun to get to hang with them for a little bit. Then on Sunday, Johnathan's Aunt & Uncle had rented a cabana at the Mandalay Bay & had everyone come over to swim. We had way too much fun!!! On Monday before the wedding, we met up with Johnathan's grandparents & some of his family from California at Gardunos (you remember that Cocunut Margarita that was the size of my face from the last trip?). It was fun getting to catch up with them! Here are a few pictures from our trip. Enjoy!

The Last Day of 3 Year Old Preschool

Our sweet girls have officially finished their first year of preschool. Their last day was May 28th (yep, I know I'm about 3 weeks behind on blogging about it) & it was such an emotional day for me! I can remember dropping them off on their first day & leaving them crying in their teachers arms. I felt like the worst mom ever! To make that feeling even worse, I can remember sitting in my car during their 2nd week of school, waiting to pick them up when a song came on the radio. The name of the song is "It Won't Be Like This For Long". I will save you from all the lyrics, but it is pretty much about how quickly a little girl grows up. The second verse talks about how this singer takes his little girl to her first day of school & how she won't let go of his leg because she is so scared. I just sat in my car & cried! I had just experienced that with the girls. It took all that was in me not to go in & take my sweet girls home! Anyways, back to our preschool experience. The girls absolutely loved school! We couldn't have asked for a better teacher! The girls learned how to write their names, how to cut on a dotted line, how to trace lines, follow directions, & how to speak a few words in Spanish. They have just blown our minds! Here are a few pictures of just how much they have grown in only 9 months! Enjoy!

Yesterday the girls had a Mother's Day Party at preschool. I won't lie, I had been looking forward to this day for the past week. Everything they were doing was supposed to be a big surprise! When I got to the party, there were place settings for each mom & child. Lucky for me I had double of everything!! The girls made beautiful placemats, cup holders & other decorations as tablescapes. Once all the mom's were ready, the 4 preschool classes came in and sang a song they had been practicing for the past 3 weeks. It was soooo sweet! Just imagine about 40 or so
3 - 4 year olds singing a song about their mom; so angelic! After the singing was over the girls came over & sat with me & we listened to one of the preschool teachers read a book about moms. We got to eat pound cake with strawberries & whip cream & drink lemonade. It is definately one of the sweetest memories I will ever have of me & my sweet babies! The Last Day of Gymnastics

This past Tuesday was the girls' last day of gymnastics. They are going to miss it soooo much (as will I)! We haven't quite decided if we will do it again in the fall, but what a great experience they had! They learned so much while they were in there & their coach was AMAZING! As many of you know, we took part in the March of Dimes walk yesterday. Since our girls were born 5 weeks early & spent 7 days in the NICU this organization has become very important to us. We were able to raise $735! We just want to say a HUGE Thank You to everyone who donated on behalf of Team Bailey & Addison. We had The Wilson's, Leah (sister-in-law), & Kim (awesome family friend) come & walk with us this year which made it even more fun. After the walk was over we took the girls over to Wonderland Park to play on some of the rides. Enjoy the pictures!

This year has flown by! Can you believe that Easter has come & gone!! Before you know it we'll be heading to the pool (which will be fine with me!). We wanted to share a few pictures from Easter. Tursday night we went over to my mom & dad's house to dye easter eggs with Mia & Eisley. 12 bowls of egg color + 3 31/2 year olds + a 1 1/2 year old x 3 doz eggs= more than we can handle! We decided that when dying easter eggs with kids you must have a 1:1 ratio! I think the adults had more fun than the girls did (you had to be there!). Something good to know though: egg dye comes out of clothes! Mia had a little "accident" with a bowl of green dye. It went flying everywhere but after some quick moving we were able to throw her shirt & pants in the washer & they came out looking as good as new. Here are a few of the pictures from that night! Last weekend Johnathan's family from Plano came to town for Leah's (Johnathan's cousin) bridal shower. The whole weekend was full of catching up with family, slumber parties, & a bridal shower. We even got to take the girls swimming at the hotel Johnathan's aunt, uncle, & grandparents were staying at. They had SO much fun! Luckily the pool was inside & out of the 60 mph winds we had. This is the first time we put floaties on the girls to swim with & they did great. I will never forget the looks on their faces when they figured out they were swimming all by themselves. Priceless!! March=Blizzard?

Only in Amarillo are you going to go from having temperatures in the upper 60's one day then the next day a blizzard then back into the 50's & 60's. We made it through the blizzard of 2009 without a problem! The girls LOVED watching the snow yesterday. Johnathan had to go to work yesterday so we decided to wait & play in it today. They had a blast outside! They rode down a hill Johnathan made, played on the trampoline, & then went through a tunnel he made. The snow went up to the girls' waist in some areas of our backyard. Can you believe it? We wanted to make a snow man but the snow isn't wet enough. Maybe tomorrow. After we were done playing in the snow we came in & had the girls take a bath. The reason I am telling you that is because as we were draining the bathtub, the water didn't go down the drain. Looks like we will be having Roto Rooter over to our house in a couple of hours to fix that little problem. Oh well, at least we have heat & electricity. Enjoy these sweet pictures!

Mom, why aren't the trees blowing?

This story is way too cute not to share.
Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL Panhandle day; no wind & in the 70's. Absolutely PERFECT!!! For those who don't know, I would say that the average wind speed here is about 15+ mph & that happens about 5 out of 7 days & at least 2 days out of the week the wind will peak around 40+. Anyways, we had to go downtown to see my dad at his office & on the way there the girls were looking out the window. All of a sudden Bailey asks "Mom, why aren't the trees blowing?" We explained to the girls that when it's not windy the trees stay still & when it's windy the trees blow.
Only in the Panhadle of Texas is a 3 1/2 year old going to ask why the trees aren't blowing.
Sad isn't it?!

I had been getting on to Johnathan for what seemed like months that he needed to clean & organize the garage. We finally decided two weeks ago to start cleaning stuff out. It took us probably close to 10 hours to get everything down & looked through. WHAT A HEADACHE!! How is it that in the 7 years we have been married we could have collected so much stuff? It was RIDICULOUS! After a 6 hour gargage sale Saturday we were able to get our garage back in order. Our goal: "NO MORE JUNK!" Here are the before & after pictures.

So.... we just got back from our 10th trip (in 8 years) to Las Vegas & I am already ready to get back. We left last Saturday & came home Wednesday. My brother & his wife decided to join us as well as Johnathan's dad. We had such a great trip with everyone! Thank you mom & dad for watching the girls. What a blessing for us to get away and spend some time together. We stayed at the Palazzo (can't pass up free rooms) & it was unlike anything we have ever seen before. The minus 5 bar at Mandalay Bay. Let me explain this bar.Everything at this place was made out of ice, even the glasses we drank our drinks out of. It was literally 5 degrees below zero but it was still soooo much fun! The longest we stayed in there was probably 30 minutes b/c we got too cold, even with the jackets on.

Tuesday
On Tuesday morning everyone left except for me & Johanthan. We decided to stay 1 more night & who wouldn't with a free room. Unfortunatley, I was up all morning with the flu(Johnathan had it the 3 days before me); however, we made it to the Broadway Production of Jersey Boys. It is about the music group from the 50's, 60's & 70's called Frankie Valli & the 4 Seasons (Walk Like A Man, Oh What A Night, Sherry, Earth Angle, Big Girls Don't Cry, Who Loves You are just a few of their songs). I know that this is not my generation of music but I have to say it is some of the best music I have ever heard (unfortunately, a lot of the songs Johnathan hadn't ever heard before. Sad isn't it?). Man they were good!! The show was one of the best shows we have ever seen. We have been talking about it non-stop since we got home. We can't wait to see it again!

A Yummy Recipe!

My friend Ashley (actually, she is one of my sisters close friends, but I can call her my friend too) is doing a recipe swap & has asked me to share one of my most favorite recipes. I'm actually not sure if she has tried this recipe, but apparently my sister has raved about it to her. I know the title may sound a little over the top but it is one of the easiest meals to make. I actually got the recipe from Johnathan's Aunt & Uncle in Plano when we visited them this past summer. I can't wait to hear what you think! BRAISED CHICKEN IN SUN-DRIED TOMATO CREAM SAUCE
4 skinless boneless chicken breast, halved
2 tablespoon oil from oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
6 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 cup dry white wine
2/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
Bowtie Pasta

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to skillet and sauté until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Add garlic and stir 30 seconds. Add white wine, cream and tomatoes and bring to boil. Cover skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until chicken is just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Transfer chicken to plates & cover to keep warm. Add basil to sauce in skillet. Increase heat and boil until sauce thickens enough to coat spoon, about 2 minutes. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper; spoon over chicken and serve over bowtie pasta. Serves 4.

We have been so fortunate this winter when it comes to illness in our house. However, early Monday morning (3:20 am to be exact) Bailey ran into our room saying that she couldn't breath through her mouth. Scary? Yes!! Once we got her calmed down we started breathing treatments. One bad thing about the breathing treatment machines is that they aren't very quiet & when you live in an 850 sq. ft. house it tends to be even louder. That being said, Addison woke up right after we started Bailey's treatment. It was good she woke up though b/c she had the same chest cough & runny nose that Bailey had. So right after we finished with Bailey we gave Addison a treatment. For those of you who don't know about breathing treatments they are a nightmare. Not because they are hard for the girls to do but because it "wires" my girls and when I say "wires" I mean they are bouncing off the walls (again, tough on a mom in an 850 sq. ft. house who can't leave b/c we are sick). Also, I am a little O.C.D. when it comes to having my house picked up & clutter free; however, yesterday I couldn't have cared less about what my house looked like, just as long as the girls were content. Spring Gymnastics

The girls started their spring semester of gymnastics a couple of weeks ago. They were so excited! They have a new teacher & she is wonderful!! Hopefully I will have updates once a month of their progress. We are actually not allowed to go in & watch their practices except for the last Tuesday of each month, which is fine with me. So, I was downloading pictures from my new camera yesterday when I came across pictures from New Years. How could I forget to post about our New Years trip!! Even though I am super late with these I am sure you will enjoy them none-the-less. We decided at the last minute to go to Plano & see Johnathan's grandparents, aunt, uncle, & cousins. We had such a great time!! Lori (Johnathan's aunt) made the best drink. I don't even remember what it was called but I do remember that it was YUMMY!!!!! Good thing we were staying in that night.
